Responsibility
1) Lead, coach design team members, support to ensure team work accuracy;
2) In charge of Drive, conversion, LV, MCC engineering
3) Provide engineering solution to meet with manufacturing workload and technical requirement;
4) Provide professional technical support for sales and OP, arrange testing and training issue to meets the request from customer
5) Procedure control during design period, confirm and verify the final diagram, organize diagram verify and validate, ensure the correction of final diagram
6) Ensure the technical documents and procedure is under control.

3.確定和評審設(shè)計(jì)輸入，組織設(shè)計(jì)評審、驗(yàn)證和確認(rèn)，確保圖紙資料等設(shè)計(jì)輸出的正確性和完整性，確保技術(shù)文件和資料控制程序得以實(shí)施；
4.根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略及市場動(dòng)向，為銷售部和生產(chǎn)部提供技術(shù)支持，并組織人員支持售后服務(wù)工作。
5.根據(jù)相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，理解電氣成套產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)原理圖,配置圖等編制主要元器件清單和功能說明等技術(shù)資料
6.跟蹤常市場產(chǎn)品動(dòng)態(tài)，及技術(shù)更新。
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electric automation or related.
- 6+ years working experience in low-voltage cabinet products, such as design, quotation, customer relationship management, and technical support with 2-year’s leading function at least
- Job language: English. Excellent English in both written and oral.
- Expert in energizing team members and good at team building
- Good sense on risk management, quick decision-maker.
- Result orientated and strong analysis ability
