職責說明：
對所在服務部管材機械設備備件和服務業(yè)務提供技術支持，配合部門銷售完成年度銷售指標，提供管材行業(yè)服務解決方案并組織項目實施。
1. 在服務銷售工作中對相關管材設備做必要的技術澄清以及與客戶溝通；
2. 對銷售工作中的備件選型和替換做技術性指導；
3. 為服務模式拓展提供技術保障，制定管材行業(yè)服務服務解決方案；
4. 相關設備現(xiàn)場技術指導；
5. 培訓部門銷售，達到總部預期個人發(fā)展目標。

1. Techncial detail clarification and communication with customer;
2. Technical support to spare parts type selection and replacement;
3. Service mode solution make and support;
4. Technical support on site;
5. Internal sales training.
要求：
本科及以上學歷，至少5年以上大型鋼管廠主工藝段機械設備工作經驗，具有解決復雜技術問題的能力，優(yōu)秀的獨立工作能力與團隊合作精神，勤奮努力，身體健康并能出差。
1. 全面了解鋼管包括無縫和焊管的生產線和精整生產線的生產工藝；
2. 精通鋼管包括無縫和焊管的生產線，以及管精整生產線的設備原理，結構，維護和檢修工藝；
3. 良好的邏輯思維和語言表達能力，具有較強的溝通愿望；
4. 良好的英語或德語的聽、說、讀、寫水平；
5. 良好的人際溝通能力，善于團隊工作。
Requirement：
Bachelor degree or above, +5 years seamless, ERW tubes plant main process mechanical equipment maintenance experience, ability to solve complex technical problem. Diligent, independent, teamwork and can traveling.
1. comprehensive knowledge of seamless, ERW tube plant and finishing mill products. PQF experience will be plus;
2. Knowledge of seamless, ERW tube making process, equipment installation and maintenance;
3. Open mind and aggressive;
4. Fluent in English or German;
5. Excellent internal and external communication skill.
