Report: report to biothech project manager

LongPing High Tech, Chinese leader on the hybrid rice market is recruiting research assistants for its laboratory based at Shanghai. The successful candidate will be involved in a gene discovery team and will perform gene cloning and vector construction experiments or plant transformation.
Requirment:
Bachelor's degree at least, majored in agriculture, biotechnology etc.
More than 2 years experience in plant transformation
Rice transformation skills are considered as a plus
Ability to plan design and realize complex projects.
Good level in English (read and speak) is mandatory
Use of standard software (World, Excel)
Be able to improve methods in order to be more efficient.
Capacities to work in a team-based organization.
Excellent communication skill is critical.

負(fù)責(zé)植物（水稻）遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化研究，探索建立植物大規(guī)模遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化體系、組織培養(yǎng)體系。
任職要求：
1. 生物技術(shù)、分子生物學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2.具有兩年以上植物遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化研究經(jīng)驗，最好具有水稻遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化研究經(jīng)驗。
3.具有良好的科研能力，能夠設(shè)計及進行復(fù)雜的科研項目，能夠不斷改進方法提高研發(fā)效率。
4.良好的溝通能力，具備一定的英語口頭及書面表達能力。
5. 具有良好的團隊協(xié)作精神。
6. 電腦操作熟練，居住地在上海市或上海周邊者優(yōu)先。
