LOCATION : North China (either Shenyang/Liaoning or Changchun/Jilin)
MAIN TASKS :
In charge of developing sales and promote products of Harris Moran and Clause companies, this promoter will cover the following territories: Shanxi, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and the East part of Inner Mongolia.
負(fù)責(zé)Harris Moran 及Clause蔬菜種子在山西、河北、北京、天津、遼寧、吉林、黑龍江地區(qū)的銷售與推廣。
In order to achieve this global mission, the product and sales promoter will:
&#******; Take the responsibility of the product development activities in these territories (in station or with external farmers),
&#******; 通過蔬菜示范站或合作農(nóng)戶，在這些地區(qū)進(jìn)行蔬菜種子產(chǎn)品開發(fā)
&#******; Promote Harris Moran and Clause varieties with demonstration trials independently and in collaboration with our distributors (in station or with external farmers),
&#******; 通過與經(jīng)銷商合作或獨(dú)立開展的示范試驗(yàn)，推廣Harris Moran及Clause蔬菜品種
&#******; Support and push the distributors for development and launching of varieties (with technical information, visits, commercial trials etc…),
&#******; 支持及推動(dòng)經(jīng)銷商銷售Harris Moran及Clause的蔬菜種子
&#******; Organise a market surveillance,
&#******; 監(jiān)控公司蔬菜種子市場(chǎng)銷售情況
&#******; Build a development strategy and plan for new varieties in his territories.

The Product and Sales Promoter will report to China Product Development Manager and China Area Manager and will operationally collaborate for daily work with other promoters in China, breeding teams and product managers of both companies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUEST :
• Studies in Agriculture (Bachelor with experience or Master),
農(nóng)學(xué)、園藝相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
• A significant first experience with vegetable crops, either for open field crops and fruit crops under greenhouse,
具有大田及溫室蔬菜作物栽培或銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
• Good command of English language, for both writing and talking.
良好的英語口語及書面讀寫能力
QUALITIES REQUIRED :
• Ability for evaluation, analysis and synthesis,
具有評(píng)價(jià)、分析、歸納能力
• Rigour and organization,
嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)有組織性
• Ability to react and autonomy,
自主性、積極行動(dòng)性
• Ability to travel to cover the designated territories.
