Report: report to biotech project manager (expatriate)
Location: Shanghai 工作地點：上海市
LongPing High Tech, Chinese leader on the hybrid rice market is recruiting research assistants for its laboratory based at Shanghai. The successful candidate will be involved in a gene discovery team and will perform gene cloning and vector construction experiments or plant transformation.
Requirment:
1. Bachelor's degree at least, master's degree prefered, majored in molecular biology or other relevant major.
2. More than two years experience in molecular biology.
3. Experience in primer design, PCR, vector cloning is needed.
4. Knowledge on Southern blot is welcome
5. Ability to plan design and realize complex cloning projects.
6. The use of bioinformatics software will be considered a plus.
7. Good level in English (read and speak) is mandatory
8. Use of standard software (World, Excel)
9. Be able to improve methods in order to be more efficient.
10.Capacities to work in a team-based organization.
11. Excellent communication skill is critical
工作職責(zé)：
進(jìn)行基因克隆、載體構(gòu)建、分子檢測等實驗及研發(fā)工作。
任職要求：
1. 分子生物學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2. 兩年以上分子生物學(xué)相關(guān)研發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
3. 掌握引物設(shè)計、PCR檢測、基因克隆、載體構(gòu)建等實驗技能。
4. 掌握Southern Blot 技能更佳。
5.有設(shè)計及進(jìn)行分子克隆實驗的能力為佳。
6.會使用生物信息軟件者優(yōu)先。
7.具有良好的研發(fā)能力，可以不斷改進(jìn)方法，提高研發(fā)效率。
8.良好的溝通能力，良好的英語口語及書面溝通能力。
9. 熟練計算機(jī)操作。
10. 居住地為上海市或上海周邊者優(yōu)先。
