Responsibilities:
HSE Part
- Provides leadership in overall management, planning, co-ordination, application and support of all safety, health, environmental and security aspects of the manufacturing works and plant processes.
- Promotes the implementation, enhancement and the improvement of safety, health and environmental management systems.
- Develops and maintains procedures and programs to create and reinforce awareness of HSE both on and off the job/site.
- Provide the communication and trainings to the relevant employees to promote the incident free culture in the company.
- Coordinates the interpretation of local legislation and company policies that are pertinent to Process Technology and personnel and defines the requirements that the plant and facilities are built, operated, and monitored in compliance with all applicable statutory requirements.
- Insures liaison between the company and any outside governmental authorities or agencies or communities or professional service as may be required.
Facility Part
- Be responsible for the daily operation of the facilities, and the implementation of the new project.
- Coordinate the production line equipment layout and installation.
- Communicate with the local public service, such as power and city water.
- Support the achievement of the dept target
- Implement the facility equipment maintenance tasks; manage demands vs Capacity
- Other relevant tasks
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in engineer, mechanic, environment, safety or similar.
- 3+ years of HSE or facility (Power Station, Air Compressor) experience in multinational company.
- Experience in plant or in an industry environment is preferred.
- Experience in the plant expansion is preferred.
- Experience in the project management is preferred
- Familiar with ISO******, OHSAS******, TS******, or PLC is preferred
- Solid presentation skills to include oral and written communications in English and Mandarin.
- Teamwork, determination and can-do attitude
