Responsibility
1. Set up and manage an effective sales channel within the territory, including to develop new dealers
2. Develop new customers to grow business and market share
3. Initiate and implement sales promotion plan, seminar and campaign in the territory
4. Manage sales performance and generate regular report to line manager
5. Market analysis and competitors feedback
6. Implement company strategy to the market
7. Work with other supporting functions as a team
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Auto, Mechanical, Engineering or related
2. At least 5 years working experiences in Auto Industry or Channel management
3. Strong project management skill and good interpersonal skill
4. Independent; working under pressure and team work
5. Good experience in developing new dealers and new market.
