工作職責(zé):
1. Set up and manage an effective sales channel within the territory, including developing new dealers.建立并管理有效地銷售渠道,包括開發(fā)新的代理商。
2. Develop new customers to grow business and market share.開發(fā)新客戶以促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)并增長(zhǎng)市場(chǎng)份額。
3. Initiate and implement sales promotion plan, seminar and campaign in the territory.負(fù)責(zé)促銷計(jì)劃,組織客戶論壇等活動(dòng)。
4. Manage sales performance and generate regular report to line manager.管理銷售業(yè)績(jī),并定期提交銷售報(bào)告。
5. Market analysis and competitors feedback.負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)分析及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的信息反饋。
6. Implement company strategy to the market.執(zhí)行公司的市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略。
7. Work with other supporting functions as a team.與其它部門作為團(tuán)隊(duì)一起工作。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Auto, Mechanical, Engineering or related.本科及以上學(xué)歷,汽車、機(jī)械或工程相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. At least 3 years working experiences in Auto Industry or Channel management.汽車行業(yè)3年以上渠道銷售相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Strong project management skill and good interpersonal skill.較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目管理技巧及人際溝通技巧。
4. Independent; working under pressure and team work.獨(dú)立性強(qiáng),并能在壓力下工作。
5. Good experience in developing new dealers and new market.在心經(jīng)銷商開發(fā)及新市場(chǎng)開發(fā)方面具備豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
