1. Supplier Development : Plan and execute supplier development projects in accordance with the units and corporate requirements in order to provide the needed supply capacity and quality through competent and high performance world-class supplier. 
2. Supplier Audit: Evaluation of supplier capabilities and quality system in the process of supplier qualification and certification, executes supplier quality objectives consistent with product requirement and company criteria 
3. Logistic tools : Propose, develop and deploy new logistic and information tools in order to improve the information flow to the suppliers with the objective to increase volume flexibility and on time delivery; Involve sourcing in all supplier development projects 
4. Supplier performance follow up: Takes proactive actions to protect company from supplier issues and works on objectives goals, monitors and analyze the supplier trends in quality indicators in order to control the efficiency of improvement actions, 
5. External Relations: Create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with Corporate Units, in order to benefit from their support. Support corporate of global sourcing supplier development. 
6. Work flexibility: Out of hours work and travel required for audit purposes (sometimes at short notice)

Job Requirement:
1. College degree or above 
2. Well training and actual practice on TS******:2009; VDA 6.1 & 6.3; 5 core tools( APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) 
3. Multi-experience in manufacturing and engineering process, especially in CNC machining, casting, stamping, injection 
4. Project Management and Leadership skills Including experience with supply chain/sourcing, 
5. Good negotiation skills, in particular with suppliers 
6. Management experience of abroad suppliers is not mandatory but is a plus 
7. Very good English in oral and writing
