Responsibilities崗位職責
－PerformancetargetsettingandimplementationforProductionDepartment
部門績效目標設定和執(zhí)行
－Ensureproductqualityanddeliverytimeaccordingtoproductionplan,solvethetechnicalandcapacityproblem
根據生產計劃，并確保產品質量和交期，解決產品生產過程中的技術問題和生產效率問題
－Designandoptimizeworkflowandprocess,analyzethecomplaintsfromclientandimplementthecorrectionactionwithEngineeringandQADepartment
與技術及質量部門共同設計和優(yōu)化產品生產工藝流程，分析客戶投訴，實施改進措施
－Analyzeandsaveproductioncost,improveinternalperformanceappraisalsystem
分析并進行生產成本控制，改進部門內績效評估體系
－Leadtheproductionteamtoachievethedesignrequirementsofdifferentproducts
領導協(xié)調和管理整個生產團隊達到不同產品的設計要求
－Managethemaintenanceteam,setuppre-maintenancesystem
管理維修團隊，建立維修預防機制
－Superviseandimprovesafetyproduction,laborprotectionissuesoftheplant
監(jiān)督和改進工廠的安全生產事項、勞動保護事宜

Requirements任職要求
－Universitydegree,majoredinMechanicalorEngineering
大學學歷，主修機械類或工程類專業(yè)
－8+yearsworkingexperienceinmanufacturingindustries,5+yearsmanagementexperience
8年以上制造型行業(yè)工作經歷，5年以上生產管理經驗
－Excellentcommunication,organizationandcoordinationskills
優(yōu)秀的溝通、組織和協(xié)調能力
－GoodEnglishlanguageskill
良好的英文能力
