1. Account Manager for T&C products to our Tier1 customers
2. Establish and maintain close contact with customers for new business and program opportunities and advanced information
3. Analyses customer need, maximize business potential for existing portfolio
4. Counsel and support customer in product and project definition
5. Establish sales price, negotiate pricing and conditions with customer, follow up quotes, support operations and finance for new product cost calculation, evaluate and negotiate business packages, cross check with production capacity
6. Conduct market research, provide necessary market information for decision making by the company (technology and product trends, customer and competitor intelligence)
7. Collect market intelligence especially that of competitors to ensure the successful business planning and internal management improvement (technology trends, market pricing)
8. Organize and coordinate new project roll out
9. Provide satisfied services to existing clients and heighten the customer satisfaction
10. Support quality department and plants in quality concerns and communication to customer, provide customer with PPAPs
11. Sales and volume planning for budget and forecast, SOP and EOP planning for products, coordinate product changes with customer
12. Tool cost management, negotiate and agree tool cost payments with customer, follow-up on payments
13. Tracking of outstanding payments in coordination with finance, negotiation with customer, discuss delivery stop with logistics and finance
14. Regularly report to the top management about the market opportunities and risk
15. Participate in the Feasibility Study of the new project
