工作職責(zé) / Job Description

1. 建立及維護(hù)生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),工作方法

Create and maintain production standards and methods

2. 建立及維護(hù)生產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)體系

Create and maintain production trainingsystem

3. 改進(jìn)、審查生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場5S體系

Develop and audit 5S system

4. 開發(fā)及審核TPM體系

Develop and audit TPM system

5. 在生產(chǎn)上開展及運(yùn)用精益思想

Develop lean knowledge and thinkingwithin production

6. 運(yùn)用改善工具與生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決問題

Use kaizen and work with teams to findsolutions to problems

任職要求 / Job Requirement
1/ 本科或以上學(xué)歷，工業(yè)工程專業(yè)者優(yōu)

Bachelor degree or above; Industry or engineering background is a plus

2/ 樂于學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度，快速學(xué)習(xí)的能力

Great Learning Attitude and fast learning ability
3/ 接受過精益知識(shí)及相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

Lean Knowledge or working background is a plus

4/ 英文口語流利

Good oral English communication

We recruite both junoir and senoir engineer , therefore experienced
engineer / fresh graduate / internship are all welcome.Company will
