職位描述:

Report to: - Stoneridge Electronics China DirectorCommunicate with: - Stoneridge Global Locations (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific) 

Requirement: 
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering 
- Solid command of English - Knowledge of material properties and applications like metals, plastics and molding 
- Knowledge/ understanding of quality tools, TS******, DOE, PPAP, APQP 
- Minimum 5-7 year's relevant experience in the automotive industry, automotive supplier environment is preferred. (and/or commercial vehicles i.e. trucks, farm equipment, construction) 
- Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive instrumentation and modules industry 
- Working experience in a multi-national company is preferred 
- Motivated self-starter 
- Hands-on experience in a start-up environment preferred 
- Process oriented minded that understands the product launch process 
- Proactive / win-win mentality 
- Creative / problem solver 
- Excellent organizational skills 
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills 
- Strong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office, CAD software (e.g. AutoCad, Catia) 

Responsibilitiy: 
- Work together with other engineering teams in order to develop and design from concept mechanical modules for automotive instrumentation.- Develop and design other modules like fuel level, temperature and pressure gauges, and indicator lamps.
- Develop and design mechanical housings for electronic modules and circuit boards.
- Develop plastic components housing, pointers and dials.
- Enough experience on plastic and mechanical tooling.
- Select and work with external suppliers to develop necessary components.
- Provide product specifications and **** plans to meet or exceed customer’s mechanical, electrical, software, environmental and reliability requirements. 
- Provide required documentation and calculations for the product launch process and execute the **** plans for Design Verification, Product Validation and Reliability.
- Provide engineering samples and prototypes.
- Provide engineering expertise at the customer to assist the customer in developing products; resolving issues and determining product requirements. 
- Work with Internal Design Blocks, Design Standards, Recommendations and Official Norms related to the automotive industry.
- Must be with experience using Pro/Engineer.
- Must be able to travel within China. Travel required to Stoneridge global locations as business required.
