Job Responsibility:
- Provide technical services to customers on product and project solution, especially the products of regulators and gas installation.
- On-sit and in-house troubleshooting.
- Provide products training to customers and distributors.
- Ensure correct completion of field service reports.
- Work closely with the sales team and contribute to the premier service and sales goals.
- All related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years hands-on experiences in same or related field.
- Have work experience of project case.
- Able to work independently, under pressure.
- Good PC and English language knowledge.
- Willing to travel .
