Job Description:
1. Process improvement and parameters optimization;
2. Problem diagnosis and solving, to reduce scrap and downtime;
3. Develop, review and update Work Standards including PFMEA and WI;
4. Provide training for operators;
5. Coordinate for analysis of quality issues and take action for quality improvement
7. Strive for continuous Improvement and Health, safety & environment.
8. Participate in project management.
Requirement:
1. College degree in mechanical or engineering；
2. Above 3 years’ experience in manufacturing with similar position；
3. Experience in process improvement and problem solving；
4. High analytical thinking ability;
5. Good at English both speak and writing;
6. Good at computer skills, CAD plus;
7. Team work spirit and good at communication;
8. Can do work by hand.
9. Automotive industry experience preferred
