POSITION: Plant General Manger assistant(safety facilitator)
Major Duties and Responsibilities: (no order of priority):
1-Duties related with Plant General Manager Assistant
- Organize Plant GM agenda, follow it up, arrange the meetings
-In charge of secretariat work (copies, fillings, classify, prepare monthly reports and post main KPI)
-In charge of organizing work trips and visitors accommodations and pick up (air, train tickets, booking hotels, visas applications, company cars schedule, …)
-In charge of the expats working permits and visas establishing and renewal process
2-Duties related with the translating and interpreting:
-Translations of documents from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English
-Interpreting in meetings with all type of stakeholder of the company (workers, suppliers, customers, administrations, shareholders, …)
3-Duties related with Safety Facilitator:
-Train new comers on safety issues
-Ensure that all the mandatory trainings are done on time (forklift permits, cranes permits, electricity habilitations …)
-Ensure that all the legal periodical checking of special equipments are done on time
-Analyze all the accidents, incidents and near misses using the tree of causes or the 8D methods
-Schedule and follow the safety audits
-Plan, and make the minutes of safety meeting at the factory level and at the workshops level
-Analyze the consumption of PPE
-Prepare the qualification of the site to the OHSAS ****** and then maintain the safety management system
-Pilot the safety action plan
-Update the safety KPI
Position Requirement:
-Bachelor level or above, preferred major in English
-French speaking and writing is a plus
-Experience of manufacturing process Environment
-Extensive knowledge or proactive with the Microsoft Office Suit
-At least 2 years experience in a position with high involvement with English speaking foreigners.
-Master English in oral & written (CT6 or above)
-Good communication skills (oral and written)
-Exemplarity in compliance with the rules
