1.Management of tooling inventory. Daily maintain and repair tooling. Support to establish suitable inventory levels and regularly check on inventory level.
負(fù)責(zé)模具的庫(kù)存管理, 維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)�？刂坪蜋z查模具庫(kù)存水平。
2.Daily maintain of ERP (Movex) tooling module.
負(fù)責(zé)模具的ERP(Movex) 日常維護(hù)。
3.Arrange the purchase plan of equipment tooling and apply to purchase equipment tooling in time.
負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備用模具采購(gòu)計(jì)劃的編制并及時(shí)請(qǐng)購(gòu)設(shè)備用模具。
4.Ensure that equipments in the tooling repair room are well maintained.
確保模具維修室內(nèi)的設(shè)備完好。
5.Maintain and modify the tools. Support to control the tool life and reduce the tooling cost.
負(fù)責(zé)模具的維修保養(yǎng),發(fā)放及模具壽命的統(tǒng)計(jì)。協(xié)助控制模具壽命和降低模具成本。
6.Responsible for receiving tools from suppliers, estimate the tooling is good or not according to the quality inspection report and deal with the tooling.
負(fù)責(zé)接收模具，根據(jù)質(zhì)量部檢測(cè)報(bào)告判斷模具的好壞并進(jìn)行相關(guān)處理。
7.Ensure the tooling is available to meet the production requirements.
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，及時(shí)配裝好相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的模具，以備生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)用。
8.Support to solve quality problems related to tooling. Analysis root cause and solve problem.
參與因模具引起的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析，并查找原因，解決問(wèn)題。
9.Other duty assigned by Technical Supervisor.
其它由主管布置的任務(wù)。
任職要求
1.Minimum mechanical junior college or a related discipline.
機(jī)械類相關(guān)中專以上。
2.Three years and above working experience in similar position.
3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Good English level.
具有一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)。
4.Communication skill, responsible, cooperative.
良好的溝通能力，工作積極負(fù)責(zé)。
