2. Ensure program measurable are met in terms of quality, equipment cycle time, cost and overall program timing；
保證項目相關(guān)指標(biāo)量化并實現(xiàn)預(yù)定目標(biāo)，如質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、設(shè)備節(jié)拍、成本以及項目整體進(jìn)度；
3. Interact directly with customer engineers to ensure all program expectations are met；
與客戶相關(guān)工程師相互合作，以保證項目的各種期望得以實現(xiàn)；
4. Maintain ‘Master Timeline” on program and ensure that it is updated by regular basis through life of the program；
維護(hù)項目總時間進(jìn)度，并保證其定期更新；
5. Develop and maintain APQP open issues list which will be used to track and bring to closer all issues which surround the program；
編制和維護(hù)APQP問題清單來控制和跟蹤項目開發(fā)過程中相關(guān)問題的解決；
6. Interact directly with all suppliers ensuring that they are meeting their timing and quality requirements；
與供應(yīng)商相互合作，以保證供應(yīng)商在相應(yīng)上時間節(jié)點提供合乎質(zhì)量要求的零件；
7. Co-ordinate launch activities with other departments to ensure smooth transition from beginning to SOP and into daily production；
協(xié)調(diào)項目開發(fā)過程中的各項活動，保證項目順利的從前期開發(fā)至投產(chǎn)，至正常的生產(chǎn)；
崗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering related；
本科以上學(xué)歷，汽車或者機(jī)械專業(yè)；
2. Minimum 5 years experience in product development and/or program management while working within the automotive industry；
至少五年汽車行業(yè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗和/或項目管理經(jīng)驗；
3. Be familiar with APQP, product design techniques, mechanical drawing standards and GD＆T；
熟悉APQP, 產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、機(jī)械制圖和GD＆T；
4. Effective communication skills both within the company and dealing directly with customers and suppliers；
具備與公司內(nèi)部、客戶以及供應(yīng)商的有效溝通技巧；
5. Working knowledge of standard program management tools and MS computer programs.
能使用項目管理相關(guān)工具軟件，如MS Project, OFFICE等；
6. Capable of using standard measuring equipment, calipers, micrometers and have working knowledge of proper use of checking fixtures and attribute gauges.
會使用常規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測量工具，如卡尺、千分尺等，并能夠正確使用和理解檢具和屬性測量規(guī)等。
