Ensure that customer, Sales, and Application Engineering have all technical information needed to properly cure and use new formulations.

Stay current with patent and chemical literature.
了解最新的專利和化學(xué)文獻(xiàn)。
Supervise projects and experiments that may be assigned to entry-level chemists or R&D technicians.
監(jiān)管項(xiàng)目和初級化驗(yàn)師和技術(shù)員的實(shí)驗(yàn)工作。
Interface with Manufacturing, QC and AE as required to solve customer problems.
銜接好制造、質(zhì)量控制和工程應(yīng)用，切實(shí)的解決客戶的問題。
Maintain laboratory notebooks.
做好實(shí)驗(yàn)紀(jì)錄。
Education/Experience/Skills:

· Ph.D. with 3-5 years of formulary development experience in adhesives or coatings, or M.S. with 5-10 years of formulary development experience in same.
博士學(xué)位有3-5年膠黏劑和涂料配方的研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，碩士學(xué)位有5-10年同上經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
· Experience in 1-part and 2-part adhesive systems based on epoxy, polyurethane, moisture/condensation, and/or addition systems. Cationic systems experience strongly preferred.
有單組份和雙組份的環(huán)氧、 聚氨酯、 濕氣固化及其他體系經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有陽離子體系經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
· Experience in screen printable formulations strongly preferred.
有絲印配方經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
· Verbal and written proficiency in English
