Main responsibility: 1. Conduct process review and improvement 2. Monitor the process activities are under quality system control, correct and follow up any non-conforming actions in order to achieve targeted performance 3. Lead and coordinate resources to analyze, investigate, and follow up with corrective solutions regarding the quality issues 4. Initiate urgent containment actions (inventory rework) and follow up with 8D problem-solving process regarding the customer complain. 5. Design and develop the gauge (go/no-go) and conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis) 6. Develop and monitor the implementation of quality related documents,(Control plan, Inspection Instruction, etc) of assigned products 7. Conduct testing experiments regarding deviation requests 8. Review the quality documents in period and make sure documents meet latest requirement 9. Consolidate and develop monthly analysis reports and coordinate resources to resolve the quality issues 10. Conduct technical training to quality inspectors
