GENERAL SUMMARY :The quality engineer is responsible for facilitating extrusion quality which is core process in plant. Extrusion QE is expected to judge the quality and follow up the corrective actions. Strong facilitating is needed to keep quality better. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Attend the TS****** quality system set up, review and maintain the documents as necessary.2. Participate internal TS****** and ISO****** audits and perform self audits as authorized by the customer.3. Daily control the extrusion quality status and review quality issues with team.4. Daily judge the suspected product and follow up the long term actions.5. Regular review extrusion quality and handling back-process feedback.6. Lead the QAs inspectors and training them with standard of appearance REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:1. 3 years degree in engineering or quality or business preferred.2. 2 years of experience as a quality employee preferred.3. 1 year of auto industry experience and knowledge of - 8D, FMEA is required.4. Certification of internal audit for TS****** is preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:1. Ability to reading and writing English is a must.2. Must be able to deal with supplier interaction.3. Ability to read blueprints. REQUIRED DECISION-MAKING AND ORGANIZATION IMPACT：1. Decisions must be made with only broad guidelines to follow, and may lead to new directions or original courses of action.2. Normally required technical area for this level of decision making.
