Responsibilities
崗位職責：
1. BOS System Maintenance BOS體系維護
Ensures BOS document is updated and released timely and accurately. Organizes training, to achieve proper understanding and implementation of BOS document
確保BOS文件及時準確地更新、發(fā)布； 組織相關(guān)培訓，推動BOS文件的正確理解、執(zhí)行
Understands BOS requirements, takes the related safety responsibilities defined by BOS document.
深入了解BOS要求，承擔公司BOS文件規(guī)定的相關(guān)安全責任
2. Annual Internal Audit 年度內(nèi)部審核
Organizes annual management audit in company, assesses the effectiveness of quality management system, and environment management system
組織實施公司年度的管理評審，評價公司質(zhì)量管理體系和環(huán)境管理體系運行的充分性、適宜性和有效性
Organizes and implements internal system audit and process audit, summarize audit results, completes audit report, and tracks completion of corrective action
組織、實施公司內(nèi)部的體系審核和過程審核，匯總審核結(jié)果、編制審核報告和跟蹤審核糾正措施的完成情況
3. Third Party Certification第三方審核
Assists third party certify agency to complete annual various system certification, and tracks audit, submits corrective action report for not pass items, to complete the audit successfully
協(xié)助第三方審核機構(gòu)完成對公司每年的各類體系的認證和跟蹤審核，提交不符合項糾正措施報告，獲得審核通過
Organizes and coordinates for company product certify(3C), including preparation of product certify material, submits for approval, timely responses to change on certify standard, updates for related material, submits proposal for symbol management update
組織協(xié)調(diào)公司產(chǎn)品認證(3C)工作，包括：產(chǎn)品認證資料的準備，送審；認證標準發(fā)生變更時及時響應，對相關(guān)的資料進行更新；標志管理更新方案報批等
Works with plant or program colleagues, prepares for external customer audit
配合工廠或項目需要，接受并通過外部客戶審核
4. Industrial System Certification and Implementation行業(yè)體系認證和執(zhí)行
Organizes and coordinates for company product certify(3C), including preparation of product certify material, submits for approval, timely responses to change on certify standard, updates for related material, submits proposal for symbol management update
組織協(xié)調(diào)公司產(chǎn)品認證(3C)工作，包括：產(chǎn)品認證資料的準備，送審；認證標準發(fā)生變更時及時響應，對相關(guān)的資料進行更新；標志管理更新方案報批等
Studies ISO****** environment management system and OHSAS****** Occupational Safety and Health management system, master the quality system ISO/TS******, QS-9000&VDA6.1.
研究ISO******環(huán)境管理體系以O(shè)HSAS******職業(yè)安全衛(wèi)生管理體系標準，熟練掌握ISO/TS******、QS－9000&VDA6.1汽車行業(yè)的質(zhì)量體系
5. Continuous Improvement持續(xù)改進
Improves Quality System Engineering function competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通過推動持續(xù)改進活動和鼓勵創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品、服務、解決方案和流程，提高質(zhì)量部門的競爭力和客戶滿意度
Competency Requirements
能力要求：
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred. 本科或以上學歷，機械、工程和相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.3 – 4 years work experience in quality management related function, automotive industry experience preferred. 3 – 4年質(zhì)量相關(guān)部門工作經(jīng)驗，汽車行業(yè)優(yōu)先。
3. Quality system related knowledge e.g. TS******, ISO9000, VDA, Customer specific request
4. Quality tools APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA 質(zhì)量工具 APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
5. Quality System Audit 質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)審計.
