The candidate must be able to:- Technical file evaluation according related standards and directives.- Welding assessment and quality control on metallic products.- Carry out factory production audits.- Carry out ****s or witness ****s according to international construction products standards.- Issue professional **** reports- NDT ****ing assessment- Expedition projects. Project coordinationPotential projects: steel structures, trains, bridges, valves, tubes, etc. - Strong technical background in welding and metallurgic industry.- Familiar with local and international standards for construction & metal materials.- Welding certification required. Preferably international rather than Chinese.- NDT certification at least level II on UL, MT and RX. Preferably international rather than Chinese.- Familiar with CPD certification process.- Computer skills Microsoft Office: Word & Excel Personality:- Methodical approach- Proactive and team worker- High learning ability- Good communication skills
