ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 工作職責(zé)
1.Receive information from the assembly line、 0km、market quality issues;
接收生產(chǎn)線、零公里、市場(chǎng)質(zhì)量問題信息
2.Take preliminary analysis of quality issues and confirm the responsible body；
質(zhì)量問題初步分析并確認(rèn)責(zé)任主體
3.Provide spot tech support and temporary improve scheme to the assembly line、 0km、market urgent quality issues;
生產(chǎn)線、零公里、市場(chǎng)緊急質(zhì)量問題現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支持并提出臨時(shí)改進(jìn)方案
4.Coordinate the professional module resource to put forward the solution and make the action plan;
協(xié)調(diào)專業(yè)職能模塊資源提出改進(jìn)方案并制定行動(dòng)計(jì)劃
5.Lead the whole improve process, make plan, coordinate resource ,research the radical reason ,and make the final solution;
主導(dǎo)質(zhì)量問題改進(jìn)過程，計(jì)劃制定，資源協(xié)調(diào)，根本原因查找，改進(jìn)方案制定
6.Confirm the DV test scheme , follow the test process and solidify the solution;
DV試驗(yàn)方案確認(rèn)，試驗(yàn)過程跟蹤、改進(jìn)方案的固化、改進(jìn)效果驗(yàn)證等
7.Summarize the improve process of design issues and record the files;
設(shè)計(jì)問題改進(jìn)過程總結(jié)，并形成文件進(jìn)行歸檔;
8.Keep close cooperation with Purchasing, SQE and suppliers to define product specification and validation plan;
與采購(gòu)，質(zhì)檢和供應(yīng)商合作，確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)規(guī)格和驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃；
9.Perform DFMEA with Design team;
與設(shè)計(jì)小組一起執(zhí)行故障模式分析；
10.Making presentations to senior design management or clients, either when presenting design proposals;
在給出設(shè)計(jì)方案時(shí)，能夠向工程師或者客戶做必要的演示講解；
11.Other authorize or assignments from Superior leaders.
負(fù)責(zé)處理上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)授權(quán)與交辦的其它事務(wù)。
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 教育背景與工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
1.Engineering education background with a bachelor’s degree or above;
工程教育背景，本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2.Over 4 years’ work experience and at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing.
4年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少3年在制造企業(yè)。
