崗位職責：
1.To lead and build an effective and productive Geology Team.領導和建設高效的和生產(chǎn)性的地質(zhì)團隊。
2.To ensure that all mine Geology work (Underground and Open Pit) is carried out in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.確保所有的礦石地質(zhì)工作（井下與露天）都能按照安全，有效，節(jié)約成本的方式開展。
3.To ensure that all Exploration Geology work (Jinfeng and Anbo EL) is carried out in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.確保所有的勘探地質(zhì)工作（錦豐及Anbo EL）都能按照安全，有效，節(jié)約成本的方式開展。
4.To ensure that all relevant procedures are developed and followed as required.確保按要求制定并且遵循所有相關的程序。
5.To develop, facilitate and coach the Geology Team to continually improve their performances to achieve/exceed their targets.發(fā)展，促進并指導地質(zhì)團隊，以持續(xù)提高地質(zhì)團隊的工作績效從而完成/超越地質(zhì)團隊目標。
6. To ensure that structure interpretations, resource and grade control models are updated correctly and on time.確保地質(zhì)構造解譯，資源模型和品位控制模型得到準確及時的更新。
7. To ensure that underground Long Hole mining grade control work is done accurately and on time.確保及時準確地完成井下中深孔采礦品位控制工作。
8. To ensure that the reconciliation work is done accurately and on time.確保所有的金屬平衡工作準確及時地完成。
9. To produce sound budgets, and review/prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on a timely basis.制定健全的預算，并及時地準備/檢查日報，周報及月報。
任職要求：
1.Familiar with exploration geology.熟悉勘探地質(zhì)。
2. Advanced level of mining geology and SURPAC including establishing grade control model and database, ensure mining grade control system running efficiently.高水平的采礦地質(zhì)能力， 高水平的SURPAC運用能力，諸如：創(chuàng)建品位控制模型及數(shù)據(jù)庫，確保采礦品位控制系統(tǒng)高效運轉。
3.Skillful for SURPAC, Mapinfor, CAD. 熟練地的SURPAC, Mapinfor, CAD 等軟件運用能力。
4. Good computer skills with the ability to use grade control modelling systems, word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications 良好的足以使用品位控制模型系統(tǒng)的電腦技能， 能夠運用word, 幻燈片，電子表格。
5. Strong customer service focus.強烈的客戶服務意識。
6. Rigorous, patient and meticulous.嚴格，耐心，一絲不茍。
