Responsibilities:
1. Support PM/QA on CP, PFEMA, Flowchart, WI and other process documentation;
2. Identify, play an active role on continuous improvement actions with PE/QA team;
3. Follow up SGA meeting action items and consolidate QA/PE/Prod daily activities;
4. Hands on activity on production line;
5. Assist equipment set up;
6. Process definition and implementation;
7. Identify process weakness and propose to CFT team improvement actions.
Qualifications:
1. Engineering work background in process, 3+years of related working experience;
2. Teamwork spirit, initiative, be able to work independently & under pressure;
3. Good communication skill, be able to work with cross-function team;
4. Knowledge in TS****** tools ( FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA), CP, DFM, DFA, DFT,6 sigma;
5. IE methodology is preferred, Lean knowledge/sense is preferred;
6. English in writing, speaking is preferred.
