Job description工作職責(zé)：

1. Drive TPM project to continuously improve machine PM, BM, SPM, and reach outstanding result in view of OEE.
推動TPM項(xiàng)目，不斷提高設(shè)備的PM，BM，SPM效率，已期達(dá)到杰出的OEE指標(biāo)。
2. Plan, prepare and control machines maintenance.
計劃，準(zhǔn)備，監(jiān)督設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)。能單獨(dú)負(fù)責(zé)一個或幾個生產(chǎn)車間的設(shè)備。
3. Maintain the master data and records of maintenance at high quality level.
制定各種設(shè)備維修保養(yǎng)內(nèi)容，并維護(hù)保養(yǎng)記錄。
4. Track and follow up maintenance related activities, and trigger corrective actions or evaluate further improvement possibilities.
跟蹤和執(zhí)行設(shè)備維護(hù)計劃，提出相關(guān)設(shè)備改進(jìn)方案。
5. Create a warehouse for spare parts of machines.
建立設(shè)備的備品、備件倉庫。
6. Improve maintenance team technical competence.
提高設(shè)備維修團(tuán)隊(duì)技術(shù)能力。
7. Participate in new machine development project.
參與新設(shè)備的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目。

Minimum Experience & Qualifications 職位要求:

1. College degree or above in mechatronics
大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)電一體化專業(yè)。
2. With rich experience in electromechanical integration machine maintenance and good strong practical ability. Min.5 years of machine maintenance experience.
具有豐富的機(jī)電一體化設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)，動手能力強(qiáng)。至少5年設(shè)備維修保養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Good knowledge and working experience on mechanical design, electrical control and pneumatic control system.
良好的機(jī)械設(shè)計、電氣控制和氣動控制系統(tǒng)的知識和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4. Good knowledge of electrical control diagram.
懂電氣控制原理圖。
5. Familiar with PLC and relevant programming
熟悉PLC控制和相關(guān)的編程。
