任職資格：
1. (大學(xué))或以上學(xué)歷；

2.（五年）以上OEM項目管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；

崗位職責(zé)：
1.確認(rèn)市場和需求，建立和保持與客戶良好的溝通和配合關(guān)系，完成與客戶有關(guān)項目的談判并簽訂合同。負(fù)責(zé)客戶滿意度。
Analysis the marketing demand, build good communication and cooperation with customer, negotiate and form the contract, responsible to customer satisfactions.
2.負(fù)責(zé)主持OEM項目的評估，完成產(chǎn)品的成本核算和評估，根據(jù)客戶產(chǎn)品特性，組建客戶項目運(yùn)作管理團(tuán)隊。
Evaluate the OEM project and cost analysis, build and lead the OEM team based on customer’s project.
3.制定和審查OEM產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入和生產(chǎn)開發(fā)計劃，對項目實施過程實行監(jiān)督、協(xié)調(diào)和控制，保證項目進(jìn)度。
Monitor on NPI and production planning. Lead and manage on the project build processing, controlling, and schedule.
4.指導(dǎo)客戶項目的學(xué)習(xí)和評估，監(jiān)督客戶文件在生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)、文件系統(tǒng)和測試系統(tǒng)的有效正確執(zhí)行，指引團(tuán)隊按照客戶的要求準(zhǔn)備并最終導(dǎo)入生產(chǎn)。
Lead on the study of customer’s documents. Monitor on the internal files on production and testing by following customer’s directions correctly.
5.對內(nèi)要與公司內(nèi)部各合作方溝通，保證生產(chǎn)部門、物料采購和計劃、進(jìn)出口、財務(wù)、物流等不同部門的協(xié)調(diào)合作，整個團(tuán)隊能夠高效地為項目服務(wù)。
Coordinate with internal departments to build a good communication on production procedure, production planning, material planning, Import & export, and logistic. Guarantee the high efficient teamwork for customer’s projects.
6.負(fù)責(zé)公司和團(tuán)隊的管理工作，成本和利潤的統(tǒng)計、團(tuán)隊銷售預(yù)測、客戶分析和選擇等。
Lead on the project team. Regular statistic work on the cost analysis, revenue, sales projections, and customer account analysis.
