Job Description:
? Direct engineering team to ensure their work meets all internal/external project / program requirements.
? Contribute to effective manufacturing performance and customer service
? Oversee, recommend and implement Engineering Gateway Review’s (EGR) in line with project milestone and completion targets.
? Management of launch Projects from Design, R&D, Industrialization, Commercial Launch until Serial Production.
? Optimization of business cases and industrial models, drawing geo-industrial & financial strategy
? Supervising product-process development of the whole process and industrial engineering-implementation of the complete production system
? Mentor team members to increase engineer department design capability
? Ensure effective management of controllable and/or discretionary expenses.
? Other duties and special projects
