1.Generate production scheduling and Special Construction Chemicals raw materials re-packaging scheduling and issue to Production Dep. , especially 100% standby and follow up weekend uncertain rush orders(frequently), with optimize storage capacity, facility and Direct Materials Cost resources; and backup of batch card reporting into SAP.
2.Work closely with SCC CSRs and Raw materail planner to duly hit the Manufacture replenishment(MTO, frequently change per half day); Internal/intercompany transfers and logistic arrangement.
3.Inventory management per S&OP superior's instruction, update DPS setting & reports(MTS/MTO, standard cycle time), coordinate slow-moving/excess FG inventory, IBC managerment and take appropriate actions.
4.Order fulfillment of Trading products under GCL MH: Including the entering and maintaining, tracking of purchase orders, Customs Clearances, warehouse management of third party, for all inventory items (finished goods and samples) and comply with all the correlative SOP, Finance Policy.
5.Manage of Hongkong order fulfillment under Shanghai Boned warehouse(import & export), main contents as above, and plus transportation optimization & measurement, documents making etc.
6.Coordinate with the Inventory planning for trading products, update DPS setting & reports, together with the Sales, Operations and other relevant departments, keep slow-moving/excessive inventory at minimum level; forward the correlative info. to all local and export customers and sales personnel.
7.All the correlative KPI analysis reports and corresponding actions for service level optimization & contributes of Revenue chain; include Reliability (On-time shipment%), Responsiveness (Orders Fulfillment Cycle Time), Agility (Value-At-Risk), order status & analysis reports etc.
? A least 1 years+ experience on production planner/Scheduler role in manufacture enterprise.
? Strong service mindset.
? Strong inter-personal skills / good team player.
? Good organizational and administration skills.
? Able to standby and follow up weekend uncertain rush orders.
? Strong computer literacy, especially good at Excel, and also familiar with other microsoft offices, including Word, Powerpoint etc. Skills in SAP/MRP is a plus.
? Excellent English and strong communication skills, sensitive to numbers.
