1. General Summary:
a. Assist quality manager to do department daily management
b. Reduce VOC defects and push the quality improvement activities;
c. ISO9001 QSM maintenance and continuous improvement;
d. CMC certification and third part audit related works
2. Major Responsibilities:
a. Establish the quality management system ISO 9001 and maintain the quality system.
b. Lead the IQC, PQC and QE team to work with production to report & resolve the daily quality issues.
c. Transfer the quality systems to new plant and work with functional teams to smoothly run it.
d. Involve with the quality improvement activities both for production and customer VOC.
e. Lead the quality issue (complaints) analysis, actions taken, and drive for the continual improvements.
f. Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspection and evaluation.
g. Conduct quality assurance tests.
h. Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers to assure that quality designed into product is maintained in production.
i. Partial involve the local supplier’s urgent quality issue.
j. Assist to finish the CMC certification and other 3rd part agency audit.
3. Requirements:
a. Strong communication skills; Good English skills;
b. Quality processes skills required;
c. Working knowledge of lean production principles and concepts are preferred;
d. Experience of ISO9001 QMS implementation is must, familiar with ISO****** will be a plus;
d. Knowledge and experience on data collection and analysis tools are required;
e. Adapt work under pressure and can fit to work overtime.
4. Measurements:
a. Internal and outgoing quality improvement;
b. Quality System operates smoothly to support Company PD and ISO audit;
c. No major miss for shipment quality;
d. Reduction of customer VOC.
