Responsibilities:
1、Plan and oversee the development of staff’s technical training and job competencies
2、Oversee team’s daily operation to comply with Quality System Requirement, Company Compliance Requirement
3、To take care of Internal Audits and External Audits
4、Order fulfillment management for key OEM customers
Qualifications:
1、More than 8year related experience in customer service/ customer care
2、More than 3years management experience in customer service team
3、Skillful writing, listening and speaking in English
4、Well understand international trading knowledge
5、Well understand ERP / SAP application
