1. Take care about the commercial activity, managing daily operations link with the commercial issue, verify, or approve commercial agreements and documentation.
2. Recognize business opportunities, continuously working to strategically expand, in order to find some other area need machining parts not only car market in order to guaranty a commercial portfolio to the company.
3. Constantly communicating and negotiating with clients or business associates link with our core business, as machining components of engine specially cylinder hear and block.
4. Make suggestion and reviewing, scrutinizing, and developing operational process flows basic some new costomers requirements.
5. Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties .Ensuring that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations; reflecting them accurately basic the customer regulations.
6. Use of existing sponsorship proposals and development of new sponsorship and partnership proposals. Developing relationships with existing and potential sponsors and partners through securing meetings and presenting the organization and our offer in the most advantageous way, working with the Chief Executive to negotiate contracts identifying new commercial opportunities and developing benefits packages.
7. Work with the Board and Chief Executive to set the income target for the year.

5. 確保所有相關(guān)方知曉財務(wù)因素和合同的影響，確保所有的利益相關(guān)方，如管理層，操作方，和財務(wù)方知曉并嚴格履行合同職責(zé)；并基于客戶規(guī)定精準地履行該職責(zé)。
6. 運用現(xiàn)有資源平臺和開發(fā)新的資源平臺和合作方案，并利用現(xiàn)有和潛在資源和合作伙伴通過會談開發(fā)商務(wù)合作伙伴，使公司和提供的報價處于最優(yōu)勢地位。同時和公司最高決策者一起協(xié)商合同事宜，挖掘新的商務(wù)合作機遇和開發(fā)整體服務(wù)方案。
7. 和董事會成員和公司最高決策者一起制定年度銷售目標。

1. Knowledge about mechanical machining process with CNC , understand about the mechanical drawing , and raw parts components iron and aluminum.
2. Know well knowledge of business law.
3. Education or training in a commercial, financial, marketing or business related field, providing graduates with the relevant knowledge and skills for the job.
4. Have excellent computer skills as well, Strong Oral Communication in English Skills.
5. Negotiating Talent, Decisive, Superb with Deadlines, Strong Organizational Skills, Strong Coaching Skills, Advanced Problem-Solving Capabilities.
1. 了解CNC機械加工知識，能看懂機械圖紙，鑄鐵和鑄鋁件毛坯、零件圖紙。
2. 熟悉商業(yè)法規(guī)知識。
3. 接受過商務(wù)、財務(wù)、市場或相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的教育或培訓(xùn),擁有與職位相關(guān)的知識和技能。
4. 有良好的電腦操作技能，較強的英語口語交流技能。
5. 擅長談判，有決斷力，恪守項目時間節(jié)點，較強的組織能力，指導(dǎo)能力及預(yù)見性地解決問題的能力。
