1. GENERAL SUMMARY:
A member of ASO team, take responsibility of part/supplier sourcing support on NPI

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Responsible for material/supply chain preparation on new product introduction with R&D team, coordinate with sourcing peers to provide BOM material readiness on new product launch
2) New supplier identification, part sample request, design equipment procurement support.
3) Identify, develop & qualify suppliers to support new product development needs.
4) Research and study new commodity market conditions, technology roadmaps, and identify supply/demand challenges.
5) Work with the manufacturing sites, R&D, and customers to develop, communicate, implement and track commodity and supplier sourcing strategies in support of segment requirements, including the smooth and timely introduction of new products.
6) Work with SQE and commodity buyer to initial QDC performance matrix for NPI introduced new supplier when required.
7) Manager assigned other tasks

3. REQUIREMENTS:
1) >3 years sourcing or relevant working experience
2) Knowledge of the commodities, including general market conditions and trends, supply base, business terms, industry knowledge, etc
3) Strong relationship management and negotiating skills
4) Very good English skill on both spoken and written.
5) Team player
6) Engineering background is a plus

4. MEASUREMENT:
1) OTD for NPI supply chain readiness
2) Accuracy of NPI supply chain readiness documents
3) Timely accomplishment for NPI procurement activities
