職位描述：1.Get quotations and make them comparable 2.Prepare cost analysis 3.Price negotiations 4.Deadline monitoring of tools 5.Verification of process stability 6.Develop and implement control plans 7.Supervision of raw material supplies (quality and quantity) 8.Production monitoring in case of critical processes or components (where needed) 9.Monitoring of suppliers, transportation 10.Inspection of packing instructions and compliance to dispatch control 11.Approval of tools including audit trail 12.Granting of delivery releases 13.Surveillance of possible claims, support of supplier to issue 8D reports 14.Support in case of supply bottlenecks 15.Enforcement of costs incurred from claims / special transportation 16.Market research (search for new suppliers), partly based on special material requirements 17.Attendance of fairs and events 18.Press review for HQ 19.Contact point and supporter for BOS visitors from abroad 20.Support, ensuring ISIR and IMDS etc. 21.Act as a bridge between BOS Taicang and BOS HQ 崗位要求：1.Industrial engineer with profound technical knowledge, especially in the areas of tool making, injection molding, die casting, stamping and good commercial knowledge. 2.Professional experience 3.Fluent in English, Chinese (German, if applicable) 4.Experience of life in China 5.Good manner of appearance in a multicultural enterprise 6.Experience with the automotive industry 7.Sufficient professional experience for supplier assessment, approval of tools or preliminary releases 8.Loyalty, willingness to travel 9.Good computer know-how (MS-Office) 10.Capability to work independently 11.Ability to work in a team
