Role and responsibilities
? Perform Channel partner and Agent screening, visit and interview.
? Prepare filing/contracting with channel partner;
? Execute the export control process;
? Perform T&E and marketing activity audit/review;
? Project authorization review;
? Perform SOX test;
? Support ACP audit, internal and external audit;
? Coordinate the legal structure change and update of all China entities;
? Ad hoc projects assigned.
Requirements
? Bachelor degree;
? 2~3 years working experience in accounting/finance/compliance; MNC or professionals is a plus;
? High commitment, responsibility and ownership to work;
? Good multi-tasks management and time management skills;
? Excellent computer skills in MS office;
? Logical thinking and quick learning;
? Excellent communication;
