Responsibilities
1. Training activities preparation, arrangement and follow up.
2. Coaching peer in the same team and lead the work
3. Assisting to prepare and maintain SOPs, policies and guidelines, including the correct employment of all systems, policies
and features available from Maersk Group and MCI
4. Update training database including list of supplier and training application record and
training materials
5. Training facilities management and maintenance
6. Sourcing, maintain and contact education/training vendors
7. Coordinate with other departments in MCID
8. Ensure that annual appraisals are conducted
9. Coordination with MCI Group Headquarters
10. Ensure the yearly EES is well implemented
11. Maintaining HR SAP system and other group IT system, including solving questions and issues related to group IT system.
12. Internal course trainer /instructor
13. Ad hoc assignments
Requirements
1. University degree in Human Resources or related
2. Language: Excellent English and Chinese, in written and oral level
3. Min. 1-2 years job experience within the HR area
4. Knowledge within different HR-activities is preferred
5. Knowledge of training system is preferred
6. Proactive and result oriented
7. Effective communication and coordination skills
8. Good analytical and planning ability
9. Excellent computer skills including MS Office
10. Time management, maintain high work standard and meet deadline
11. Presentation skills will be an advantage
