任職人員要求:
1)大;蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷,物流管理、國(guó)際貨運(yùn)或相關(guān)專業(yè),英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫熟練。
Associate Bachelor degree or higher in logistics, freight forwarding or equivalent, goodcommand of written and spoken English.
2)擁有良好的計(jì)算機(jī)技能,需要進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,處理電子郵件,需要熟練使用MS Office軟件,如Word、Excel等辦公軟件。
Good in computer knowledge is required to perform data processing, handling of email,F(xiàn)amiliar with MS Office and computer literacy (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel),
3)5年以上物流行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中最少2年運(yùn)輸管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Minimum 5 years working experience in the field Logistics, at least 2 years of transportation manage experience.
4)對(duì)TMS和WMS非常了解,并可以根據(jù)實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作需求提出系統(tǒng)化改善建議。
With the high knowledge of TMS and WMS, working with the IT team improve the systems according the daily operation.
任職人員工作職責(zé):
1)負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)內(nèi)零擔(dān)整車運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)以及快遞業(yè)務(wù)等日常業(yè)務(wù)管理。
Deal with daily transportation management work,including LTL,FTL, courier and etc.
2)負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)輸供應(yīng)商管理,確保運(yùn)輸作業(yè)達(dá)成KPI作業(yè)要求。
Management of suppliers, to ensure that achieve the project's required KPI
3)協(xié)調(diào)日常運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)中的異常情況,并督促供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行相應(yīng)改善。
Coordinate the exceptional shipment/transportation and urge the supplier to improve accordingly.
4) 針對(duì)運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,幫助內(nèi)部作業(yè)流程提升。
Transportation report data processing and analysis to assist the internal process and promote the department of transportation.
5)負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)詢價(jià)及協(xié)助相關(guān)部門提供運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)價(jià)。
Be responsible for the transport quotation and assist the business department for the transportation business.
6)完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
Follow up others task from the team leader.
