Position summary: Enhance and improve manufacturing process to increase quality/efficiency and reduce scrap
Principle accountabilities:
1.Initiate and implement continuous improvement project of process/quality
2.Process and working tools optimization, application of new technology and new materials in production line
3.Trouble-shooting, solve the quality issues caused by process
4.Prepare/update working instructions and training operators, to insure operators work with right way and right tools
5.Sales support, reply the enquiry from sales team, recommend corresponding HELKAMA cable to customer
6.Update technical documents such as Product Card, BOM and update basic data of LEAN when Technical Engineer in absence
7.Production planning when Production Manager in absence
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent , major in cable or polymer/plastic, or other relevant engineering background
2.2-year relevant experience in cable manufacturing
3.Good understanding of cable production process, machine and materials, know XLPE and LSOH compound well
4.Good communication skill and team-working spirit
5.Fluent English writing and speaking
