Mission 任務(wù)

One important job will be to lead the marketing team to achieve BoConcept sales and brand image. You will work closely with your team within marketing， sales department and the general manager on how to increase traffic into our stores. Part of the marketing strategy are going to be branding，event，online presence and PR.

Main Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)

- Plan and execute branding program through innovative and low cost initiatives.
- Initiate in-store cross-over events to create traffic to stores.
- In store marketing implementation either for own store and for franchisee.
- Develop and coordinate promotion and VIP activities with sales team.
- In charge of CRM program with target ensure of optimization sales promotion, customer acquisition and retention.
- Administer online marketing campaign through proper coordination with management and outside agencies.
- Manage all online SEM, SEO, events, affiliate programs, social media, professional associations and other organizations to generate traffic to the website.
- Process oriented, to structure of how to organize and work with our customer information.

Experience/Education Required 任職資格

- +5 year strong retail marketing experience.
- Updated and well educated in CRM and Online marketing.
- Can transfer ideas into reality with efficient execution.
- You encourage the Franchisee culture and structure but still keep on your creative, forward thinking and solution-oriented marketing hat.
- PR relation building with relevant magazines, bloggers etc.
- Very efficient execution.
- Good ability of filing management.
- Hands on personality.
- Analytical/process background.
- Customer segmentation experience,
- Collaboration skills.
