KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Work with the client and the network for the weekly shipping plan and work out proper shipping solution
? Regular service review and SOP to cater customer needs in term of operational flow.
? Tracing daily shipping flow to coordinate with oversea, operation and clients for better communication and service.
? Understand the client’s product and ensure could speak the same language with client
? Coordinate with network to have close follow-up on the customer feedback and solution.
? Build reliable customer relationship.
? Trouble shooting when there is service deviation.
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor Degree or above.
? Minimum 3 years of CS experience in logistics or trading company.
? Good English.
? Possess good communication skills and influence skill.
