Job Responsibility
Customer service
? Quoting to overseas agent for sea shipment which be exported from Shenzhen and Pearl
River Delta as per overseas agent’s enquiry.
? Making solution on sailing schedule and other relevant issue for shipper/overseas agent.
? Informing overseas agent/shipper for new booking/shipment and sailing schedule which
include export and import sea-freight shipment.
? Booking with carrier/co-loader after the sailing schedule be approved by overseas agent.
? Releasing space to shipper for container stuffing.
? Arranging trucking and customs declaration after the pick up time be confirmed between
shipper and us for the shipment under EXW term.

Operation
? Issuing copy of HBL and Debit Note to shipper for confirmation after receive the shipping instruction from shipper.
? Submitting shipping instruction to carrier/co-loader after shipper confirm the copy of HB/L.
? Sending pre-alert/shipping advice to overseas agent.
? Issuing/sending tax invoice to shipper as per shipper’s instruction on it by courier.
? Sending application to carrier/co-loader/courier for issuing/sending/picking up original tax invoice to us.
? Applying payment with carrier/co-loader’s debit note with financial department.
? Sending bank slip and MB/L telex release application/SWB application to carrier/co-loader for cargo releasing to overseas agent within 12-14days after vessel departure.
? Sending SWB/telex copy for MB/L to overseas agent for picking up the cargo at destination
? Forwarding shipper’s bank slip to financial department for checking payment status.
? Surrendering HB/L to shipper after financial department confirmed the shipper’s payment be received and receive shipper’s HB/L telex release guarantee letter.
? Sending full set of original HB/L to shipper by courier after financial department confirmed the shipper’s payment be received if original HB/L be required by shipper.
? Sending telex copy for HB/L to overseas agent for cargo releasing at destinatio

Job Requirements
Knowledge
- College level
- Deep international experience of transport and logistics.
- Some years sea shipment experience preferably
Skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Chinese Words Processing.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese.
- Sound interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good at work prioritization skill.
