Job description:
? Daily cash payment arrangement & Bank/cash reconciliation daily
? Monthly employees’ expense claim checking & payment. Expense entries into Business system;
? Responsible for BOC ebanking operation: prepare payment requests into bank system for approval;
? Issuing local tax invoices using Jinshui tax system daily and then courier out， Combine all invoices information from operation dept for both CNC & CNN
? Buy tax invoices from tax bureau monthly; submit the report of cancelled tax invoices to tax bureau monthly;
? Kingdee local booking : all cash/bank payments for office & employee expenses
? Some filed work assigned by line manager, such as go to bank or tax bureau…

Requirements:

? College degree or above, major in finance or accounting
? At least 1 year work experience in finance or accounting
? Familiar with financial and accounting software tools and systems with mid level, especially Excel and Kingdee
? Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
? Strong responsibility and high efficiency
