Job Description
? Make preparation for builds and ramp up
? Responsible for projects maintenance after ramp up in mass production phase
? Coordinate project activities with both internal and external stakeholders
? Response for after-sales technical services, including on-site installation, ****ing,
and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting
? Studies technical manuals to trouble-shooting equipment
? Analyze, summarize and report project problems encountered to Program Managers
? Guiding and coaching customer operates JOT equipment.
? Conducting production supervision and on-site operator training
? Improve customer satisfaction of JOT equipment.
Requirements
? College/ Bachelor degree in Automation/Electrical/ or Industry Engineering with strong technical background
? Project management experience in Automation industry preferred
? Above 1 year On-site customer service experience in electrical and mechanical installation or in maintenance field
? A strong ability for site execution with high Electrical (+Automation) technical skills
? Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility
? Genuine interest in techniques and customer service with focus on quality
? A good team player and well communicating people
? Good command of written and oral English
