JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for Quality and HSE Management in Shanghai: Lead, direct and coach the Team to manage all resources to achieve committed Key Performance Indices (KPI’s). Develop, define and implement strategies to keep company product competitive and Quality/HSE related compliance
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead and drive a culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement toward total customer satisfaction
2. Develop and implement Quality and HSE System in Stauff China
3. Lead and organize the internal & external audit and fire-control drills
4. Initiate and approve effective corrective action plans and commitments, quality policies and procedures, and technical support as necessary.
5. Manage the quality inspection on received materials, in-the-process inspection, and final inspection
6. Coordinate related departments to solve quality problems with the primary liability
7. Interacts with customers and suppliers to improve quality and customer service
8. Be responsible of performance management, organizational development (structure & process) and people capability building (in co-ordination with HR).
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. University degree required; strong background of mechanical engineering
2. Solid experience of quality and HSE management in multinational manufacturing environment
3. 5 years above experience of leading team of professionals and inspection labor
4. Ability to find solutions and drive to completion
5. Flexibility, ability to work under pressure
6. Team player willing to integrate into the corporate culture
7. Good English reading/written required, fluent spoken English skills preferred
