職責描述：
參與產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設計階段的設計評審，并做DFx(可制造性、可測試性、可維護性…)和PFMEA；
基于產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設計，開發(fā)合適量產(chǎn)的制造工藝，如新工藝開發(fā)，工藝改進，DOE及工藝參數(shù)定義等；
在新產(chǎn)品投產(chǎn)或新工藝導入前，配合ME/生產(chǎn)部，負責提供技術支持，包括：產(chǎn)品價值流分析、問題解決、原因分析、現(xiàn)場優(yōu)率改善等；
新工藝、新技術的先期開發(fā)及引進，以提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、優(yōu)率及效率；
和質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)等相關部門一起開展工程試驗，分析數(shù)據(jù)，找到最佳工藝或問題的根本原因（如組織相關部門一起優(yōu)化工藝或產(chǎn)品設計，進行降本分析）；
客戶支持，對返廠產(chǎn)品做失效分析，并找到根本原因；
和質(zhì)量部門一起，建立產(chǎn)品合格/失效標準；
協(xié)調(diào)工程、質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)，解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題；
完成上級領導臨時布置的其他相關任務。
Main Responsibilities
Involved in the R&D on the design review, DFx(design for manufacturing/****ing…) and PFMEA analysis;
Based on the R&D design, provide and develop the suitable process before mass production, for example develop new process, process upgrading, DOE and process parameter definition;
Technical support to ME/Production during the new products launch and new process introduction, including the value stream analysis, trouble shooting, cause analysis, yield rate improvement…
Introduce the new process/technology for the production to improve the quality, yield and efficiency;
Perform the engineering **** and data analysis to find the best process or root cause together with quality and operations team(e.g. manage, organize and review design/process optimization on the Cost Down)
Customer support on the teardown failure analysis of the returned cells;
Set and publish the pass/fail criteria with QA;
Act as a liaison between engineering, quality, cell operations and module operations for product quality issues (including NCRs)
Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager；
崗位任職條件
機械制造，機電工程，電氣類，自動化控制類等相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷；
2年以上制造或產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
了解鋰離子電池的裝配工藝，熟悉精益理念；
了解生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的粉塵管控；
熟悉涂膠、擰緊、超聲波焊接、激光焊接、機器人應用、工夾具/模具的設計等；
有1年以上的工藝設計經(jīng)驗；
具備失效問題分析的能力（石川圖，6 Sigma或其他）；
良好的口頭和書面表達能力；
善于跨部門溝通和壓力下的工作能力；
Requirements
College above in Mechanical, electrical, automation control and other related majors.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or product development environment.
Understanding the process of the li- battery assembly and knowledge of Lean;
Understanding the concept of the particle control in the production field;
Be familiar with the gluing, screw-tightening, ultrasonic welding、laser welding、robotics application、fixture/die design;
1+ years’ experience on the process development;
Experience with formal root cause analysis tools preferred (Ishikawa, Six Sigma, or other)
Good oral and written communication skills.
Skill in the cross-team Communication and ability under pressure;
