1 Be able to make suggestions on the menu that might suit guests of different nationalities and preferences.
根據(jù)客人不同的國(guó)籍和口味,推薦相應(yīng)的食品和飲料。
2. Undertake steps/process to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are set to the standards required for lunch and dinner.
遵守工作程序,確保餐廳根據(jù)中、晚餐以及客人的要求正確擺臺(tái),包括擺臺(tái)準(zhǔn)備工作,各種服務(wù)設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備就緒。
3. By ensuring everything is clean and tidy, ready for guests to enter the restaurant.
保證各種設(shè)備設(shè)施的清潔,隨時(shí)可以對(duì)客服務(wù)。
4. feel confident in handling guest’s complaint
以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基本準(zhǔn)則處理客人投訴。
職位要求:
1. Work experience in a similar position in a 5 Star Hotel for 1-2 years.
1-2年其他五星酒店同職位的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Good English skills (written & verbal)
良好的英語(yǔ)口譯及書寫能力
3. Open minded and outgoing personality /Positive attitude
開朗及外向性格/積極的工作態(tài)度
