Responsibilities:
Manager role for engineering support function in shanghai **** laboratory, which scope are included as:
Communicate and distribute the requirements with related functions to ensure management in lab for 3D printing for daily work what is in good working order. Use the platform of tech-day events to expand 3D printing new technology and support lab sustainability goal.
Manage the DEMO series of Crimping , Verification Report, with various performance in the organization to driving development on crimping technology
Manage of teardown process control and follow up and deliver the necessary training courses to related employees once teardown analysis applies.
Monitoring and manage Lab PCB and Fixtures and drive action plans to implement identified corrective and prevention actions on lab equipment also include software database management
Manage out sourcing include equipment procurement and 3rd party **** external
Build an effective team and assist lab management on key talent development goals
Monitor and report lab organizational performance against tools ensure that is effective and provides for continuous improvement with all relevant responsibilities. Maintain and drive the continuous process improvements of delegated tasks and programs within the organization that result in lab performance improvements, effective problem solving and timely decision making.
Requirements:
With management at least 5+ years with technical skills or similar scale laboratory manager role would prefer
Similar industry with 3D printing, tool application and system Engineering preferred
Outstanding engineering background and software capabilities and field of **** equipment would prefer
Knowledge and experience in a technical, engineering or series industry mechanical engineering role preferred
Good English skills in speaking, writing and expression and aspects of communication would prefer
Education of university degree or equivalent level of qualification in industrial engineering
