Job Description:
Clean Energy Associates is seeking a talented, process-oriented, and self-motivated intern to support executive initiatives for the summer of 2020. As the CEO’s Intern, you will assist with initiatives related to growth strategy, internal team dynamics, and managing operational complexity. This internship position offers unique exposure to the marketing function of a rapidly growing, global based company. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the global solar PV industry through visiting solar manufacturers’ facilitates and working closely with a multicultural team of industry experts.
You’ll work directly with the CEO to execute initiatives that support the growth of the company and optimize internal processes including:
New market expansion strategy and product differentiation.
Assist with system process development to ease the burden of Executive and Personal Assistant tasks.
Take notes on management team, client, and competitor meetings
Communicate with key clients related to major projects across all service lines
Qualifications:
1. MBA students preferred
2. Demonstrated achievement in strategy or business-related coursework
3. 1-2 years of previous internship or on-campus work experience
4. Experience in solar energy industry or renewables energy industry is an advantage
Technical and Language Skills:
1. Advanced MS office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
2. Demonstrated track record of effective written and verbal communication skills in English
Language: native English, second languages such as Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred
Programming skills are preferred
