職責描述：
1. 負責部門生產(chǎn)計劃管理、編制及進度控制工作。
Responsible for departmental production plan management, preperaration and schedule control.
2. 負責根據(jù)項目三、四級計劃分解、編制對應部門生產(chǎn)計劃；
Responsible for decomposing and preparing the production plan of corresponding departments according to the third and fourth level plan of the project;
3. 負責根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需求，分解、編制項目周度、日度計劃并下發(fā)現(xiàn)場；
Responsible for decomposing and preparing weekly and daily project plans according to production requirements and issuing them to the site;
4. 負責更新和維護生產(chǎn)計劃；
Responsible for updating and maintaining the project plan;
5. 分析關(guān)鍵路徑和約束條件，以確定對進度的影響并提出建議；
Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the impact of changes on schedule and make recommendations;
6. 負責部門和項目組或者部門與承包商的計劃相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)工作；
Responsible for the coordination between the department and the project team or the department and the contractor's plan;
7. 負責分析項目進展情況，包括但不限于落后原因，工效分析等；
Responsible for the analysis of project progress, including but not limited to the reasons for backwardness, ergonomic analysis, etc.
8. 完成上級交辦的臨時工作。

任職要求：
1. 大學本科
Bachelor
2. 石油化工相關(guān)領(lǐng)域
Petrochemical related fields
3. 石油化工，熟練使用P6和MS office, 了解設計相關(guān)知識
Petrochemical industry, proficient in P6 and MS office, familiar with design
4. 5年以上石油化工建造計劃管理經(jīng)驗
At least 5 years petrochemical construction project management experience
